Mind Body Soul Connection

I wanted to share some ideas on what it is to be mindful of how your thinking, how your body is connecting or reacting, and how this can affect your soul.
When you have a mental thought or process, sometimes people are reactionary before thinking things through. Cortosol levels have a habbit of wrecking havic on your body physically and this can affect your overall mental health and spiritual awareness.
How we react to situations can also affect us mentally, physically, spiritually and in direct relationship to our partners, friends, family members, and professional work colleagues.
Being mindful is so important to understand how your thoughts, emotions, physical reactions are all interwoven. Everything is systematically affecting all the rest of the moving parts in your life. It's like you have a cake and all the ingredients are on the table, without all of them the cake doesn't rise properly, set properly, or taste good.
